Am I Correct That Shelvin, Ika & Ferrell Have All Been MIA From Practice This Week?!!

WTF?!!!
You boneheads bitching about last weeks defensive performance now have something to wring your hands and wet the bed about! If this information is accurate, we’d be forced to start a bunch of freshmen and inexperienced underclass kids across the defensive line.
At that point, suddenly Vandy becomes a whole lot more daunting opponent and SEC & CFP chances plummet....
There, now you’ve got something to worry about.....

The defensive line has had trouble with players staying healthy the last couple of years. Lacking depth is bad enough but throw injuries on top of that and its really bad. No pressure on QB's and no DB's can be expected to excel. Blown coverages don't help either.

But remember, Purdue has a high powered passing offense modeled after Petrino and Vanderbilt has that film and a bye week to try and fix their secondary issues.
We shouldn't have issues throwing the ball, but don't expect 500 yards passing because Purdue had 500.
