I like how the 'bama fans say that the call was irrelevant... then give a detailed dissertation on the rules and their history, including legal loopholes and theories on phantom Julio touches.

since he didn't have control of the ball when his left foot hit.

There was not one single video or photo that clearly shows his whole foot is in bounds and NOT touching the white line at all.

I challenge any of you to post a photo or freeze frame video that shows his RIGHT foot inbounds and NOT touching the white line.

THEY SHOWED THE DIVOT ON THE BROADCAST IN REAL TIME AS IT HAPPENED! How could you miss that? Unless you were at the game, it was shown right there on national TV!

What do you not understand about the fact that the "divot" was made by his left foot which was irrelevant because he didn't have control of the ball at that point--even the announcers conceded this. The ball had barely hit his fingers when his left foot touched, no way that's considered "controlled". His right foot is the key, and not on this board or anywhere else has there been photo or video evidence showing his RIGHT foot clearly on 100% green an 0% white. It's just not out there. I'll be happy to admit I'm wrong as soon as someone posts a view from top down showing his RIGHT foot touching none of the chalk. The only views we have are from the front and back, some of which don't even show his right foot hitting, and the ones which do show it are at such a bad angle that you can't tell if his foot is in bounds or half in/half out. Either way, it's a moot point and another Bama win. Just like you guys took the 2004 win regardless of the bad calls against us, we won't lose any sleep over this one either.
As far as our season having an asterisk by it...LOL. Maybe in your mind, but not in the SEC or NCAA record books or anywhere else that matters or counts.
