I've seen variations of these. Back then they didn't have a singular manufacturer or appearance for pennants. Plenty of different fonts, sizes, materials and tiger logos. I'd say 30s-early 50s at the latest. Nice piece.

that was put out in the early 80s. I had one when I was growing up

I got one of those after my sister and I were extras in "Everybody's All American"

Early 80s in the '58 style.
