The camera and blimp are moving to the right. The blimp is much closer to the camera than the object in the background. Due to that, the camera pans past the jet. The contrail doesn’t extend as you would expect if the object was moving with that much speed relative to the ground. It’s just you average jetliner at high altitude.

In other words, parralax effect.
Given the condensation trail, we can conclusively state that the object is either being propelled by thrust, or was an object of extreme temperature coming from the outer atmosphere (eg, meteorite).
In other words, any sufficiently advanced civilization with intergalactic travel capability will not be employing a craft that leaves a condensation trail.
So this is definitely a UFO by definition, but definitely not a UFO that you were hoping for.
All credit goes to Reddit UFOs where I have wasted way too much of my life.
