It's seldom necessary to get those 1 yard gains when most OLines can push enough for a QB sneak or direct snap to the RB.

If you are wanting a fullback type setup and don't believe we have a tight end with the behind big enough to open the hole then I would practice some LB's for this role. they have the size to clear a hole and are quicker than lineman where they can get to and through the hole without slowing down the RB momentum. I bet one of the Weeks brothers could fill this type of role if needed.

They've done this recently by having the smaller RB run behind the bigger RB in two back sets. I can see them doing that, but i can also seem the putting Giovani Peterson in that role as the blocking TE/H-back. He's 6'3 250, so he has the build.
