This was discussed thoroughly last season and it appears the consensus is that JJ needs every snap he can get to become a better QB and even one snap, though it may relate to a 99 yard TD is a total waste and to the detriment of the development of JJ

Clearly neither is the answer at QB, but what does miles do?
Does he throw garrett out there and risk the same thing that happened to Lee?
I think Jefferson starts, but have a very short leash on him and give Lee a signifigant shot at winning the job, not just 1 screen pass a game. He threw him out there as a freshman and his confidence plummeted. Least can do is give him a second chance

I would normally oppose 2 QB system. But at times the last 2 seasons I would see a kid struggling during a game and I'd say to my buddies, get that guy out of there so he can clear his head. Both of them have gotten rattled and you could tell they weren't able to function. I say in that situation pull the guy for a few plays, let him see the field and what the defense is doing and let the other guy run the show. If the other guy isn't significantly better then let the kid go back in. This live by one QB or die by one QB may not be the best option as the past 2 seasons have shown.

I think he could develop into a run threat. JMO
