Does anyone know the last time there was a spread of 10 or more points between top 3 or even top 5 ranked teams?

I'm really not sure if this happens often or not and google was no help.

Don't know.

I asked this question myself and as you can see didn't get any responses.

Went to a game I thought might have a chance.

2002 Rose Bowl #1 Miami v #2 Nebraska was 10pts at one time. Someone might be able to find out what was the spread at kickoff.

No but preliminary polls have Bama as a 47 point favorite when we play them for the MNC.

Bama has 67 National Championships, so I understand the spread.
