Never be in their top anything?
So many years I’ve followed recruiting and I really want a player Just to get heart broken. Not to say the alternatives don’t work out ex. Hootie/JA, Chaisson/others. Just a thought.

A lot of times LSU is in a top whatever for show and the offer isn’t even commitable. But it’s undoubtedly better to be in the thick of it for as many recruits that are takes as possible.

We either get them or we don’t. The top lists don’t matter when they know what school they want to commit to before they even put the list out.

You mean if we are not going to get them anyway? I would rather not be on a recruits radar then come in second for him if thats what you mean. Reason being all the wasted resources recruiting that recruit.
