How about taking some big nimble TEs with long frame and putting some mass on them first and converting THEM to OTs instead of the 345 lb flat footed OGs.

See Ray Parker
Don't get me wrong... I'm all about some Ray Parker. I'm extremely happy we have him on board. For some positions, that includes OTs, I hate this fascination with height/weight.

I can't say it enough: for OL, if you can't get to the right spot nothing else matters. 355 lbs of mass blocking air doesn't do shite.

Step 1: get to your spot first
Step 2: have the proper form/balance/leverage when you get there
Step 3: employ the proper technique since you got there in time, with the right mechanics (now size/weight can be utilized)
