I can't say it enough: for OL, if you can't get to the right spot nothing else matters. 355 lbs of mass blocking air doesn't do shite.
Step 1: get to your spot first
Step 2: have the proper form/balance/leverage when you get there
Step 3: employ the proper technique since you got there in time, with the right mechanics (now size/weight can be utilized)
