-Adoree Jackson
-Lorenzo Carter (recent buzz?)
-Leonard
-Karr Duo
(serious answers appreciated):

Adoree Jackson we are in ok shape. Might be a signing day steal.
LSU has done great work on Lorenzo Carter but he will probably go UGA.
We most likely get all of them (Dupre willis fournette kenny young) with noil being the only "question mark". Most believe we get speedy though.

I am concerned we do not get Speedy, I believe he will wind up at aTm.

USC ain't getting Adoree, hated the Sark hire
Posted on 12/26/13 at 8:57 pm to BartnBrigLSU
he has spent entirely too much time there to "hate" that hire

I get that Speedy is building up suspense for his announcement, nut if anyone and I mean if anyone thinks he will commit to A&M while all of his friends are committing to LSU on national TV then I have no words for you.
I can't wait for after when he say that he was never going anywhere but LSU!

Thats way off. Its more like 40% USC, 30% LSU, 30% FLA ....

He's not coming here, that was my point.

Jamal Adams and Hootie play different positions. Hootie is being 'put off' by LSU for lack of a better word. Why? Maybe there is another player that plays safety in the mix rated higher than Hootie that the staff covets more: Adoree Jackson.
Pipe dream. Probably. But who knows?

Oz land it's because Jamal is #1 on the board. We wanted Hootie and at the time Jamal wasn't in play at all. We moved on after Hootie committed to Bama and now it seems we will likely land Adams. Now Hootie wants back into the picture but had we gotten Hootie we wouldn't have gone after Adams. There was one safety spot left and Hootie gave it away. Hootie is in a spot kinda like a guy who tells his ex wife he loves her a week before she marries a new guy.

I think LSU probably told him he'd be a LB with jamal coming so Hootie is now looking at Ole Miss. Fwiw I think he should be more open to playing OLB. He's heavy for a safety and he's still in HS.

If that is the case, then this class is almost done.

This is quickly becoming '3 to play 3' status. We get it.

Basically it is. We already have studs at DB coming in not counting Tony and Jamal. I'd rather take jamal and get another stud lineman (Valentine) than take Hootie and jamal. No hard feelings for Hootie but he had a chance to be apart of this class and he chose Bama. It probably cost him a chance to be a tiger.
