What's the story on Brandon Jackson?

This dude may be the least talked about recruit on here that could realistically end up at LSU.
He committed to Texas A&M very early in the process and has since then picked up some very good offers - LSU, Tenn, Alabama.
At 6'4" 250 he appears to have the frame to play strongside DE or more likely a redshirt and move to defensive tackle. Everyone who watched Evangel play this year has pointed out how dominant their DL looked, without specifically naming Brandon Jackson or even Rasco, so I would imagine he played a big part in that. Can anyone elaborate on him?

He is a 3 star back up plan from what I have gathered.. since Ego and Marsh are headed elsewhere
He is supposedly an LSU fan and has been hoping for LSU to make that call..
Decent offer sheet for a 3 star...Last I checked he was listed at 270

still have thay byran jones in ark waiting to hear from us 4star DL...who WE HAVENT CONTACTED and would come here if offered

it might be too late now...if you would have offered even a month ago, he would be a Tiger most likely

I don't know why people keep repeating that he de-committed. Miles made an in home visit with he and his family last night.People need to wait until LSU or Marsh addresses the issue.

wasn't Stud the primary recruiter w/Jones? did Jones ever show up for any camps for on-sight evals at LSU?

Most likely 3 will be WR's...Humphrey, Williams and Wade...Bennett could make a case at WR but all others will be in the secondary...
Most believe that we will get B.Jones on NSD and some speculate we will get JUCO Scott Smith come summer...We need about 3 on the line but it looks like we only might have 3-4 spots left and we got 2 "super secret commits"....We would take some high profile OL if they decide to come in place of taking a DL spot...
Basically, who knows...
