Portal reopens in May. Contact is not allowed.
However, you would be very naïve to believe it isn't being done extensively in the new portal/NIL landscape. How else would you have players going into the portal one day and committing to another school that same day. All the more reason we need to have Kelly/Baker getting a DL coach on board and starting that process asap.

Briefly:
currently in a dead period (phone calls allowed, just no face to face visits). dead period ends on the 12th of January and contact period begins.
if already in the portal face to face visits are allowed beginning the 12th and ending the Sunday prior to the February signing period.
Michigan and Washington players who wish to transfer have 5 days to enter following the game on Monday.
