Ware reminds me of Ingram/Richardson from Bama. Moreso Richardson IMO.

I don't think he's as fast as Richardson, and maybe not as tall as Ingram(he didn't look 5'11", but I could be wrong). That said, I was very impressed. He appears to have really good vision, he runs hard, and he has good hips/cutting ability. It's going to be really interesting to see which RB emerges as the starter.

I think they're fairly similar but Ware is more powerful and maybe a better receiver, while Ford is slightly faster.

Just my take.

Ware is not more powerful than Ford. I don't know if there is anyone as stong as Ford is on the Roster. He's a beast in the strength dept. Has a great work ethic. But I know what your saying,Ware runs low, with good balance. Ware has those ankle breaking cuts, while Ford runs with more speed(mid-high 4.4).Each can develop into a feature back.

My 2 cents (probably total bs):

Ware - shorter, more compact, shiftier back. Ware isn't going to blow anyone away with speed, but his ability to cut, his burst through the hole and his balance and power are really impressive. In that sense he looks like Mark Ingram or Knowshon Moreno (also backs who lack elite top end speed).

Ford - he's got prototypical measurements and he's very strong for his size. runs a little upright but very aggressively/violently as he got older. seems to like to take it to the competition. a lot of people on this site are very high on him, and i think he'll be a good player, but i don't see the quickness/cutting that ware displays (which are very important skills for a rb).

**I'm not bashing Ford or saying he won't be a good player at LSU.
