Texas was ranked 51st overall in the country, 1st in the Big 12.
Nebraska was ranked 55th overall in the country, 2nd in the Big 12.
Texas Tech was ranked 79th overall in the country, 3rd in the Big 12.
That's quite a leap between the 2nd and 3rd best defensive teams.

I think Urell is on the bubble. LSU thinks he is a good player and likes him but is not ready to offer him a scholly until we miss out on some other players and/or see how he does his senior year. LSU would rather have guys like Vinson, Hurd, Stephenson, etc but may pull the trigger on Urell if we whiff on the higher targets. If he comes strong this season he may get an offer regardless.
And Bo is whipping the Nebraska D into shape. A 50something ranking is good for them. They had serious problems.

I'm going to guess that he doesn't get an offer unless he shows up to a camp and gives them a reason to.
