There are aLOT of LSU fans in Bastrop. Then again there are a good few Arkansas fans here too being 20 minutes away from the Arky state line.

I'm just curious as to why a kid who loves FB as much as RR growing up in LA isn't an LSU fan...especially given the tear we've been on during the last several years.

Well you have to admit that said "tear" had a lot to do with Saban, thus, maybe he was a huge fan of LSU growing up and saw what Saban did here. Therefore, he might want to go to Bama to be with the guy responsible for the "tear"

I still hope he comes here, im just pointing that out. I'm a big fan of Les, but noone can deny Saban's responsibility in building our program.

I think they would be parts of an unstoppable trio. I've seen Randle play, and I'm sure Debose is great, but Benton can work miracles on a football field.

All along I have said I want Debose more than Randle.

I've watched Randle play in person 3 times and he is GREAT! But after watching highlights for the last month on Debose I'm not shi%$ing! If I had to choose just one of then I would take Debose--it is utterly ridiculous he is not a 5 star--and no I'm not just getting myself prepared for Randle going elsewhere--I still think he comes but I think Debose is just a little more special!!

I agree with you, I think Reuben should come to Alabama where you don't have to bother with him.

I kinda see this as the Harvin/Lafell debate on the rant. Debose would be our harvin and Randle would kinda be our Lafell going by playing style. but truthfully if you think of the class as a whole. I see Debose as Harvin, Randle as Byrd (without attitude), Benton as Lafell, and Bell as Langiappe (man its nice to have playmakers). If you couple that with us still having TT, Tim Molten (who I hear is faster then Byrd), and Chris Tolliver in two years when everyone is done redshirting and freshman year, I think we will have the best WR corp in the nation. thats also not including who we get next year.

your right great talent but i dont include Tim Molten..seen him play all last year at DHAN and he fast but has terrible hands..he can catch the deep ball but he catches the ball with body.Im sure there working with him but he dropped balls every game.

I also have heard that he came in with that problem, but has greatly corrected that and is one of the most consistent performers on scout with catching every ball near him and with his hands fully extended. I also forgot about Jyrhyn Taylor that is in the Harvin mold with his explosiveness and elusiveness and Dangelo Peterson in the Dwayne Bowe mold with physicallity and size. he is just big and physicall. We seem to have the mold of some of the best WR to come through the best of schools. I guess Molten could be considered in the mold of Meachem during college.

...I think we should take a look at Shomey D'Mohnay ...his name comes up at all the big time schools..a multi purpose skill guy that can play "O" or "D" ...at least thats what Ive been hearing ...seems like we could certainly use D'Mohnay ...
