Metoyer plays high school ball about 10 miles down the road from my house in Tyler, Texas. This kid is a total stud and sure D-1 college material. The whole Whitehouse offense is centered around throwing him the ball. Ive been to many of his games and I can personally testify that he has the hands and the physical ability that is advertised. Lets hope we can snag this one

Yeah i hope we can. i read something that we are in a good shot. and that texas signed 5 wr's last year and already have 2 this year that they may go after 1 more and Trey might not get that guy. Him and Landry would be a good duo for the class.

He looks like Brandon Lafell. I was shocked he doesnt look that fast on tape though has anyone seen him in real life and can diagnose his speed.

Great Hands and size. Tough ball players. Likes contact. Moves well in open space. ability to jump and get the ball at its highest point was deadly. I say we go after him and the 2 LA WR's ( Sylvie & Lewis)

Rivals says he runs a 4.42 and has a shuttle time of 4.5. That's pretty impressive speed if true. I like the size though. I'd like LSU to sign a bigger wide out to complement Landry and Sylve.

true. but 8 Wr's would be hard to get in 2 classes, when all we will loose is tolliver. But yeah why not all 4 lol

I have learned to plan for attrition. Look at Texas Bama, and USCw. they understadn that kids are going to fall the through the cracks. Whether they become Perriloux or Buckners. Or they just arent as good as advertised. Everyone wont be their.

I am surprised by these kids not wanting to compete for there spots.

Stud WR. Has great size. UT fans think he is a lock, but they took 5 WR's in the last class and just got 2 verbals for the 2011 class. So, I'm not sure there is room for him. We'll know more after UT's second junior day. Still very early.

That Buckner deal was a weird situation and I was amazed how under wraps they kept it

Buckner was a diva. He didn't ever gel with the rest of the team. Not to mention he underachieved on the field. The split was necessary and good for both sides.

His mom and dad are both from Alexandria. Grand Parents are still there. Strong Louisiana ties.
