I doubt he checked his draft status. I always felt he was a lock to come back cuz that's the kinda guy he is.

That said, I honestly don't think he'll be an NFL QB. At least a starter. Gatorbait, if you disagree, sue me but don't flame me. I have nothing but respect for Tebow and I just don't think, in my opinion, he'll be a QB at the next level.

One tool that is not measurable is Tebow's heart and competive spirit. Tebow will get a shot at the next level and do well.

Tebow is not a typical NFL QB. That has helped him in college. Because he's not a traditional QB he will be considered a gamble. He could prove that what seperates him at the college level will also help him in the NFL or he could just flop. He will have to grade high at the combine, especially when evaluating him going through his progression. You dont run like he does in the NFL without getting hurt.

As for TR, I was settled giving up on him and still am. He will do well at Bama. Florida wont use him the same. He would also do well at LSU. I doubt he switches his commit, but its that time of the year where shite hits the fan in the recruiting world.

The matter of Tebow being a NFL qb or not isnt something Im worried about. I dont care for the NFL...but I have a feeling he will do just fine in the next level....a team will draft him high just to sell seats..shirts etc etc...he will be a bonanza selling merchandise especially in a southern NFL franchise...not to mention seats being filled.
Tebow is the most highly interviewed/talked about and quoted about college football player ever. Its amazing. I know rivals hate it...but none could deny they wish he were their qb and had his fire and determination to win. He also possesses a great sense of humor and commands attention where ever he goes.
The loss at Ole Miss and his impassioned speech afterwards are the mark of a true warrior who hates losing and I wish more were upset at losing an important SEC game. But one thing you cant take away...he made good on his promise that Sept day.

As much as I hate Florida, I find it impossible to hate Tebow. I think he'll do good in the NFL. Probably not nearly as good as in college, but he has an arm and can pass pretty well. But he gets no recognition for his passing ability because he can run so well
