What's funny about that? Can you refute it? I'm also talking legal tactics. No one knows what illegal tactics are going on by Bama or LSU. If they did then every school in the country would be under investigation. Fans don't follow the same code as the schools about snitching.
That phone call rule is easy to get around. It's not as though the NCAA has all of the calls recorded. Kids will just say they weren't talking about football. It's obvious that those calls take place since in 99% of the cases the coaches wouldn't be talking to the kids at all if they weren't recruits. The NCAA can't stop the calls kids initiate.

no, but if we were betting I wouldn't even think of taking the side of the kid initiating calls to coaches at multiple schools multiple times a week, and then just shooting the breeze...
but yes, I realize this is commonplace around the top programs...
