For 2019, Kardell Thomas, Devonta Lee, Ray Parker, Joseph Evans, and Tyrion Davis are categorized as "Scout" when they are clearly "Top Targets". Dante Starks, Quentin Torbor, Devin Bush, and Thomas Perry are "High? Kenyon Green, Dylan Rathcke, and Christian Harris are "Interested"?
For 2018, Goodrich, Curry, and Clark are "High Choice"? Hines and Lewis are "Interested"? And Sheffer is "Scout"?
There is no rhyme or reason to these categories. Lets face it, if they accept a commitment from someone in state early (for 2019) then LSU is targeting them. High is appropriate for highly rated out of state prospects that are something of a long shot. Thibodeaux, for example, is a Top Target. How in the heck is 5* OG from Baton Rouge a "Scout"?
I understand that many "Scout" players start off without a rating, but once they get a 3* or better, they need to be moved up from Scout.

I agree, no rhyme or reason. I basically look at that list as - these are the prospects that LSU is interested in and don't pay attention to the smaller titles

If properly catogorized, it would be helpful. Once LSU offers an instate guy, the player needs to be high.
Out of state offers are given out like candy on Halloween
For out of state, a commit or some tangible link should be the criteria to move the player up. Family links to LA for example.
