Its a relatively new recruiting website. But everything is all free and the forums are pretty neat. I love recruiting and I figured a few of you would enjoy the site like I do. Figured I would give you all a heads up about the site.

Because there are recruiting nerds that live on this site and they will make fun of you when you drop by with a little tidbit that they already know about.

Tharinger is older than you think. This site has known about the site for awhile and most consider it fairly unreliable.

Tharinger is not a bad site. Some info they have is legit. Some of it is opinion.
