Ok, I'll just turn into a negative SOB who criticizes and ridicules everything most anyone says like yourself. That will probably be a much more enjoyable existence.

I hope you get your personal stuff dealt with so you can go back to being at least a fairly pleasant person around here. This negative Nancy bullshite the past couple of months has been aggravating.

What's the likelihood Eli gets a scholarship offer this weekend during his visit?

I think he gets it, will likely stay at LSU through the weekend, and will both commit on Sunday. They won't have a need to visit Cincy once Eli and Teddy get their offers

I don't want to get into it, but this is how I feel too. Aba plays high school football if I remember correctly and knows a lot of these guys in person. I don't see anything wrong with it.

I always assumed he met the guy on his visit and that's how he facebooked him. If he just like googled the dude's facebook and is now talking to him then that's real weird.

He plays high school football and lives in Florida, so I see no problem with him talking to kids at all.

What's pitiful is seeing 30-40 something year olds commenting on these player's statuses, like you see from most of the Auburn fans

slightly less creepy, i'll admit, but auburn fans look pathetic when they do it and its the same thing. every fanbase has theirs i guess

I never talk to them, I just creep their profiles.

Where do I rank on the creepiness scale?

Auburn not only comments on all of their statuses, but they post all of those stupid pictures on their walls too. Like these:

I agree. I think it's pathetic when people do it out of the blue but I think he actually has legitimate relationships with many of the Florida guys from playing with and against a lot of them and perhaps doing the camp stuff. He's planning on being an athletic trainer here at LSU.

But generally, I agree with you Books. I just don't appreciate when you jump my arse all the time lately and I was not exactly encouraging him in the first place (but we covered that).

I'd say it's most acceptable when you are in Aba's case and are not only the recruits' age, but know many in person. But if you're older than college aged, you really shouldn't be pulling the Aubie shite.

I'll take it!

You know I used to be highly against that but its really just social media. If the kid puts his page for public access he is obviuosly inviting attention. We are in a digital age adn if you can procure information its still information. If Teddy would start a td login and came on here and spoke with us no one owuld mind. I mean its not like this kid is at Teddy house following him around. Its as simple as a text message.

I cold call people for a living adn we have ways of finding out all types of crazy stuff. I promise you Talking with someone on facebook is not stalking.

Now if TB requested to be left alone and people started harrassing him through FB thast creepy.

I think these kids like the attention honestly. when you get 100 fans wanting to know what you are dooing i can see that being exciting. Mickey johnson and Greg Robinson choose to play with it. They want to be stars. They arent normal kids like your two kids. They are looking to become household names and build an image for themselves.

I think some people just get jealous becuase he had the courage to friend him and initaite the conversation while you waited for Shea and Mike to update you. LOL

You guys quit finding fault in everything.

ETA - answer thsi for me. If you went to TB high school game and you saw him afterwords and he was waiting on someone. Would you go say something to him. would you ask him about LSU? Would you say great game kid we would love to have you in BR next fall?

I hear of grown men on here (TD) doing that all the time. and I dont see anything wrong with that. Its okay for Shea to send him text messages but fans cant FB them huh. the only way we should be allowed to talk to these kids is by paying 10 bucks and getting it from them.
