No. He never said this. Nitwit is an overly dramatic, unnecessarily negative, false narrative perpetuating nitwit, who seldom, if ever, makes any sort of productive contributions to the recruiting board.

What Orgeron said was, they signed him and hoped they could get an additional initial counter back from last year for Seth Stewart leaving after only two days on campus. But they hadn't heard back on that appeal yet and it was unlikely to be granted anyway. They absolutely knew Tracy would count when they signed him. Ask RichardT if you don't believe me.
