At first I thought there is no way this kid leaves the state but some of things that have come out just points to him not staying here. I can't understand why because at LSU he would be as big a star as he would anywhere else.

Please name one thing that can be confirmed by anyone that may know the truth.

There hasn't been any proof of where Randle is going. I think Randle has done a good job keeping his mouth shut on all this stuff.

just got cold arse chill bumps when he said this.
RR is just playing it smart. making sure he makes the best move for him. i personally think its the best way to do it by not letting anyone outside of your family get involved therefore you will not have any outside agendas. it just sucks cuz it gives all of us headaches

OU will have QB issues

Why does everyone keep saying this stuff about teams that lose great QB's going into the next year. Oklahoma has not had a bad QB since Stoops has been at OU. Oklahoma, USC and Texas Tech are the best programs in the country at putting a winning QB on the field year in and year out in the last decade. OU had a WR go back and play QB where he used to be a back up and he lit it up on the field. Stoops always has either good or great field generals. No matter if Bradfor comes back or not they will be just fine at QB next year and if they aren't then it will be the first time since Stoops has been at OU (1999) that they weren't solid at he QB position.

I wish our fans had this attitude.
We are LSU mo' fo's

=======================================
“I wouldn’t be surprised if that happened,” Shepard confirmed. “We have the opportunity to land several of the nation’s top recruits in this class. In the beginning people didn’t believe me when I said we were going to have the number one recruiting class in the country. They thought I was crazy. Some people said we wouldn’t beat out the USC’s or Ohio State’s for the top class, but the last time I looked, I believe we did have the number one ranked class.
“And we have more wanting to come play for LSU too,” Shepard concluded. “I think some of the guys in this class are realizing LSU has the making for national championships. Then if you look at the future with me at quarterback, possibly a Debose at receiver, Terrance Tolliver, DeAngelo Benton and Brandon LaFell, it is going to be amazing. Coach Miles told me people think Florida is fast now, just wait until they see LSU in the next couple of years.”

"There have been rumors swirling that perhaps some of the current LSU players on scholarship would be released in an effort to make additional room for the class of 2009. Shepard claimed Miles did not mention it, but he could certainly see it happening."

All the more reason to get rid of the crappy sod in Tiger Stadium and install some Field Turf. Can you imagine all of that speed on turf?!?

I remember reading a quote from Shep on this site a few days or maybe a week ago that said Shep is one of the only people that can get Randle on the phone. He said he's likes LSU and Bama but with Shep in his hear he thinks he can get him here. I like that more and more everytime I hear him talk to one of our recruits.

Today on Songy's show when they interviewed Shepard he mentioned Randle numerous times. I posted about it, look it up on this board.
