Shea tends to yearly have a guy that he just can't let go of in these things. This year it's Harbor. He mentions track which is big, but it's more likely Shea heard something very positive early on coupled with the continued love Harbor shows that makes him continue to hang on to the thought. Michigan and South Carolina have been the threats but to me it's all about UGA. They have a unique ability to flip a recruitment on it's heels quickly. We have to knock Harbors visit out of the park
