re: QB Parker Thompson, Like No Other!

Can't believe I stumbled on this but happy to see someone recognizes true talent! I was watching the Michigan/Alabama game and thought I would pull up the local high school quarterback we have who made Texas 6A Playoff history recently at Highland Park High School in Dallas. This young man carried the Highland Park Scots three or four deep in the Texas 6A Division II Playoffs. Desoto claimed the Title, defeating his old team, Southlake, Carroll. It was the Parker show around town post season. We were the only 6A team in the playoffs without a roster of FBS/FCS commits. He was widely recruited by FBS programs when he transferred from Southlake. He's legendary around here.
