If you’re going to insult somebody, you should probably look up the meaning of the word dumb. The proper meaning of the word is unable to speak. What you really meant to do is call him stupid. Also, if you’re going to insult the intelligence of a person, proper sentence structure would require a comma after the word God. Those two changes would make your insult to his intelligence more effective.
