Otha Peters has an LSU offer

According to recent Rivals article..
Other schools who have recently offered him:
-Nebraska
-Texas A&M
-Mississippi State
-Tennessee
-Pitt
-Arkansas
Safe to say this guy will be a Tiger by the end of the summer? I'd say so

He's a beast. Didn't think we'd have room for this many LB's though. We aren't really thin at the position, but that tells me he's too good to pass up.

It was actually before Phillips commited, but they may have offered him knowing Phillips wanted to get OOS

I know the offer was before Phillips committed to Florida. I hope this doesn't mean we give up on Lorenzo. I really like Lorenzo, Fiest, and Otha. I know Lamar is a beast of an athlete obviously and he may turn out to be the best of the class but I can't find much film on him. Anyways I've posted before that I liked Otha Peters and Reggie Brown( from MS) a little more than Deion Jones and Lloyd Grogran. Thinking Toshiro and Denzell will play hybrid roles, a traditional LB class of Granier, Lamar, Fiest plus if we can land Otha and flip Lorenzo back that would be great. Those 5 plus the 2 hybrid guys would be one hell of a class.

Yea that seems most likely as of now, I just think Lorenzo is one hell of a pass rusher and I would love to see him blitzing opposing QBs from a LB spot in LSU's defense. Hes a great blitzer who has a good all around skill set who hits hard and wraps up well. Haven't seen a lot of him dropping in coverage but he seems pretty adequate at doing all of a LB's responsibilitys and i'd love too add him to that P&G LB class.they might not be able to flip him but I hope they keep tryin
I think I seen that Otha peters had 104 tackles last year as LB, but even more impressive for a junior LB is I think I saw he had 6 sacks and 6 forced fumbles. That's impressive. He looks like he plays very intense and I like dat.
I like those 3 DE and I hope they can add a "perceived" big time national recruit to the DE class like Channing Ward or sumone else
