That’s the bottom line of Raymond’s previous tenure at LSU. He was successful getting the best in-state DBs and filling in with Texas kids, often those with Louisiana ties (Delpit). He identified the lower ranked kids like Greedy as well as getting the highly ranked like Stingley.
Where it fall apart strictly from a recruiting standpoint was where he lost kids like Surtain for the Saban special of the last minute bag.
My hope is Coach Raymond will focus on his bread and butter, in-state kids. Starting with Jaboree
