one thing that rings untrue on the bama posting is if this guy is diehard LSU does he really congratulate a bama alum for gleaning randle from us?

the fact is LSU is an excellent destination for randle... proximity to family and home... and first class program

he obviously has the talent to make a huge impact anywhere

i hope i see tons of randle... at Tiger Stadium

I'm sure Lance Thompson's decision to go to UT had nothing to do with the fact they offered him twice as much as he was getting at Bama. I'm sure it's only cause he hates working for Saban, that's why he left his DC coaching job a central florida to come coach under Saban again, cause he coached under Saban when Saban was at LSU too. I guess he hated working for him so much, he figured he do it again. Come on people, CLT came to Bama to work with Saban again cause it was a good opurtunity to move up, he's going to UT cause it's a good pay raise. Not to mention all the other coaches that worked under Saban before bama and are working for him now. Heck even CLT is most likely gonna be replaced with someone who worked for Saban already, Travis Jones.

CLT recruiting area was the Mobile area, that's been Saban's fertile field since he was at LSU. I imagine that most of CLT success had to do mostly with being the lucky one to be assigned to that area. TR, DJ, AJ, Julio, BJ Scott, just to name a few came from that area. I doubt him going to UT is gonna change much for us. And if he left cause he didn't like Saban, oh well.

Ya'll just crack me up with the Saban bashing, if he had never left you'd still love him, but since he did, you come up with every reason why he sucks as a coach.

I went to high school with Freddie Roach, don't know if ya'll remember him, he was a good linebacker at Bama (number 8) during the shula years. He's a S&C coach at Bama. Anyway ran into him right before Christmas and I asked him about Saban, and he said he's a dick, but he knows how to coach and how to win, and that's all that matters.

We gotta get RR. Him going to the Bammers is a stake through the heart. Its worse that JM headin to SC. We gotta put on a great party when he comes for his official and anything else that will sway him!

Everything I know (which isn't much,) I'm not terribly worried about Bama anymore. Anyone agree? I really feel like Oklahoma is the one we have to contend with.

I don't think we're gonna get any information out of Randle interviews until he commits. He's just quiet and (rightfully) his family figures the recruitment process is none of our business.

What's funny is that, as much hoopla as there is surrounding his recruitment, he's prolly just gonna have a small thing at the school if anything and then fax in his LOI. It's gonna be strangely anti-climatic. But this board will light up, good or bad.
