OL is where the sites miss the most -- I have no doubt on that one. I don't care about stars/evaluation nearly as much on OL because it is all about development at the college level. Some boom and some bust.
If you exclude OL...I bet the premium sites are even more accurate on every other position when it comes to 4/5 star guys.
