you can't, you have to keep up with the heresay on these boards. The only other indicator is who red shirted and who did not, but that variable is not only about progress, but about team needs as well.

You can see previous classes on rivals by changing the years in the drop down box, as far as finding out how old recruits are doing, just google them.
