Maybe I am just crazy but I see a LB prospect playing RB in that video. I wasn't impressed any of those runs.

In his defense apparently they only have 1 or 2 games worth of film.

this guy balled on ESPN last season. Had like 200 yards in the first half. Alot of long runs. But he does run like duece. He looks like he is playing out of position though. doesnt look like a running back

Say what you will but he had 1742 yards on 208 carries last year and played witha bad ankle most of the year. In fact he did not practice the week of the State Championship game but played the entire game. Again, my buddywho watched the game said he is a great player!

his ankle was fricked up in that meridian game. He really soldiered through that one.
FWIW, I still think he's going to ole miss.
and the rebs got barksdale from panola last year, I'm smelling a pipeline!

I think he is the best RB in the 2010 class. I am just surprised some of you guys are just now finding out about him. This guy, JoeWalshLBG, knew something about this kid because he posted this on the national scout board 12/22/08.

quote:

It is possible that you guys got the #1 RB wrong again. 2002 Lorenzo Booker was #1 and Kenny Irons #51, 2003 Demeiris Summers was #1 and Lendale White #14, 2005 Antone Smith was #1 while Darren McFadden #10 and Steve Slaton #54, and 2004 you guys got Adrian Peterson as #1 RB right. I'm not trying to diss you guys just pointing out you guys might be wrong on this one. As far as who I think the best RB in this class is. Your guess is as good as mine at this point, but I think maybe you guys should take a close look at Nick Parker of South Panola HS located in the state of Mississippi.

guy wouldn't avg 2 ypc in the sec. Stops at the line in every run waiting on a hole.

That's because there is no hole anywhere near where the play is designed to go. The runs are all him.

if theres not a hole, you explode through the line or cut outside. You don't stop.

With 2,500 yds I'm sure he did his share of exploding and going outside. Also there are guys laying on the ground in front of him and guys getting through the line almost every play.
