If there was no sex of any kind oral or otherwise. If it was inappropriate comments made trying to convince the girl to perform oral sex then I can't see how you guys can call that rape? If that's what it was some inappropriate sexual comments then Hill should be allowed to go Mettenberger route. I agree Hill should get another shot maybe in Juco if it was just sexual comments made. I just think it's a mistake to let him or Mett play at LSU. I understand that's not the way the world works though. If both play here I hope they realize how lucky they are to have a second chance and don't embarrass LSU with it.

Don't know what evidence they have or what alternatives they have...BUt he will not be treated any different by the DA's office than any other citizen, as it should be.

So Ipodking if you think Hill will be part of this class, will he be announced as a signee at the Bash on NSD, or will that scholarship just not be filled until the time that Hill has been cleared? If so, it still puts Miles & LSU on the spot for taking a player of very questionable character at the least. Also given the numbers crunch, does it make sense to use up a precious scholarship on someone in his situation?

I think the Mett situation is a little bit different as regards to age and what happened.
