I'm not big on Brackett.
He looks his listed speed (4.4), but he's pretty small (5-11, 165).
With the limited footage I can find from both sites, it seems his strong suit is run support awareness, but you don't see much at all in the way of cover skills or hands. Even in his "highlights", they show him letting a guy catch the ball for 8 yard gains.
Until I see more footage, he reminds me of Daniel Francis (only with dreadlocks).
