Dumervil is 74 playing RT.

Martinez is RG #77

Julian Armella is #75 at left guard and he’s only a sophomore. May be a 5 star. Kid is good.

Their left tackle is horrible. Not sure why their weakest lineman is playing LT.

Highest priority right now especially with Ray parker moving to defense. We need a decent crop of o-lineman every year.

Aquinas won by 10. It looked like a varsity against JV game. Aquinas running backs were the size of the De Lasalle lineman. Aquinas has 20 or so kids that will play D1 over the next few years. Aquinas won due to the talent level on the field. If De Lasalle had half the talent of Aquinas they would have won by 40. Aquinas obviously does a great job of recruiting, but it was like watching a Curly Hallman coached team.

Martinez played RG. He looked pretty good once he got his hands on the defender, but got beat quit a few times by smaller quicker guys. Granted De Lasalle defense knew the play before it was ran the entire second half. Not sure why we think he is a tackle in college.

Martinez playing RT has been tossed around by some, I believe even one of the 247 guys mentioned the possibility. Probably more of the fact we could very well miss out on an actual OT this year and so he'd get a look there.

Or maybe the other teams stud defensive linemen is lined up far away from Dumervil so he won't be blown up all night? Might be why their LT looks so bad.
