The news both teams tweeted about last Saturday are in reference to a "midnight madness" type event they are hosting on Oct. 7th (night before the TN game).
It's not a true midnight madness (hence the quotations) as it will begin at 6 p.m. in the PMAC.
From the sound of it, it seems like it will be similar to what LSU did in 2015 when Ben Simmons came here.
For those that may remember, it was to build off the hype. Both teams held a skills competition (eg. dunk, 3 pt shooting, etc) and both played a 5-on-5 full court for about 10-15 minutes each.
This one sounds like it will for sure have the skills competition stuff, a meet the players portion, and "special performances" (whatever that is, but some have suggested maybe Flau'jae will perform). Not sure if they will have the 5-on-5 portion or not as they haven't formally released details outside the graphic that was posted in the tweets and shown on the stadium scoreboard last Saturday.

Unfortunately none that I have.
I've been clamoring to find out some stuff as well. Redus has hinted to some things on Twitter and making it sound like LSU may be in a good position with Rosario and Velez.

Per her Instagram Velez is announcing soon. UT/LSU battle I think. Syracuse feels like they have a chance. Redus tweeted “challenge accepted” to the baseball team for their #1 class. I think we get them BOTH. If Angel comes back with this 23’ class, sprinkle in a really good transfer or two…FINAL FOUR

I think he saw her yesterday for a small in home visit (all the coaches are out recruiting) but I suspect she had a commitment video in the works already. Hopefully they land her. I would honestly say if Velez chooses LSU that bodes extremely well for Rosario.

If you are into the social media stalking game she just started following Coach Starkey and a few LSU players this morning.
TN thinks they are out of it now and believes its LSU/SYR
I am assuming its LSU given what has been happening over the last few days and Redus dropping hints. Could be wrong but thats why I am seeing right now.
