Bech was originally committed to Vanderbilt and bama has a OT starting now who had been playing at Vandy

Imagine that, kids having the nerve to pursue an above-average, college education while simultaneously playing SEC football.

Lol the absolute nerve, can’t say I blame em either if they’re about their wits. Vandy is one of the best academic institutions in America. Life after football is crucial and some of these kids are thinkers, not everyone makes the league.

And that's fine as far as that goes...
Recruiting all these TE's - besides making a negative pos it to a strength - means the basic Offense won't be changing any time soon.
Fair enough, I guess. We know this O can work we just don't know that it can win a Championship nowadays. Hillbilly U shut down the run game reading the TE motions and knew how to respond even in different fronts. Ouch.
Surely the Coaches are aware that to run a more conservative base offense in the SEC you must have at least 2 wideouts that can take the top off the D.
And a QB whose first priority on a pass play is to throw the football.
