This just makes it more perplexing why we chose this year of all years to "prioritize the state". The state is always a priority no matter the HC. That's fine. Taking kids that don't belong is not. We like to speak as though LA kids are built different and are always underrated. The rankings don't convey that. Sure some kids out perform their ranking and we lap that up. Problem is, the state has a high number of busts as those DL groups mentioned show. We many times see what we want not the reality of the situation. All because someone uses "per capita" in their argument. To me that just means we have less overall to choose from and you better be right.

Top 10 no matter the rank I’d say top 15 really no matter the rank. And then a few camp champs from 15-35 are always a take & I’d go as far as a must
