Love the in-state staff focus

Davis & Davis handling the beef. Uncle Frank handling the southeast. Miller a Tulane grad. Sloan well thought of in NLa.
I’ve long thought there are 2 teams that if they sign the best in their state (or metro area) can win championships with 80-90% of the roster being “local”. LSU and Louisiana and Miami and South Florida.
LSU needs only to go outward to find QBs and some size from time to time.

Some of the best players in LSU history have been local kids. BK came here with a mission and a plan, I think I can confidently say it's working.

IMO you treat your organization like an NFL franchise. It is now pay for play with unlimited transfers. You sign the best player for the cheapest price you can find.
