Limit on signed LOIs ??

I vaguely remember the SEC putting some sort of restriction on the number of players that a school can sign (because Nutt signed like 35 one year at Ole Miss). I see on recruiting sites where TAMU is already pushing 30 this year and LSU is around 24. With possibly 6-10 players leaving early for NFL, does the SEC still restrict the number of signed LOIs come Feb?
