LSU can ask certain prospects to pay their own way for the first year in order to fit everyone in. As for prospects actually doing that? Well, it's just a public declaration/decision by the prospect and his family. LSU can get a booster to actually pay for the first year. There's not anything the NCAA can do about it. Problem solved.

Absolutely... that process has already been established and we need to follow suit to get all the guys that want to get onboard in this amazing 2020 class.
