how the hell is that a boom? because JC thinks he's an "auburn lean".....any chance he (TR) might be telling the LSU side the same thing? hmmmm, surley not. either way, it's not like Auburn is going to be significant anytime soon so it won't matter. james wright is more important to LSU's offense imo.

well enjoy James Wright and go ahead and talk about you don't have room for Reed and you didn't want him anyways cause he is an Auburn lock.

After Ole Miss beats Auburn, are you going to let WRT design the logo for your signature?

I wish there was a way that neither team could win, so the two biggest flamers on the SEC rant would be quiet for a little while.

I can't believe I wasted by 8000th post on that

I heard Reed was impressed by all the catches Auburns #1 reciever made in the game Saturday night. So he probably is an AU lock now.

just going by what i've heard. why has he been to 3/4 LSU home games if he's an auburn lock? i will say this, there has been concern (from him) about LSU's offense and early in the season Auburn was putting up huge numbers vs LSU struggling. he's a smart kid and knows LSU offense will improve. i don't think it was an accident for holiday to get a deep ball thrown his way this weekend either. we shall see, having said that...it's not like he's going to make or break LSU's class nor do i see auburn beating LSU anytime soon.

Reed's most value to LSU is symbolic since he is the no. 1 player in state (ranking wise). he is a very good player but LSU should have a stable full of WR and he is not critical to our success (ie. we didn't get benton, or deAndre brown).

Lache is a guy we really need because he is different than our other backs (unless RS is a back)and we turned downed talent like christine michaels to get Lache. although either one is not critical, the two of them represent enormous talent to any program.

I hope you're right, but word around town is not only is he going to Auburn, but it's been a foregone conclusion since July when he took his family there.

Reed said he wants his family to be comfortable with the school he chooses, to date, he hasnt brought his family to LSU and only has one more game to do so before 11/13.

He'd be making a DUMB mistake by going to AU, IMO

he also knows that Chris Todd will be gone and him and Tyrik Rollison will be the combo. Tyrik is from Sulpher Springs, Texas and I am sure is in contact with Reed.

CPA, you haven't taken enough lumps on all our recruiting predictions? Have you learned nothing from your previous failures?

auburn has a good shot (so does LSU), he's not a lock by any means though. I think CPA is taking the "auburn is in good shape" bit and running with it.

CPA has been getting his hopes up with all the bullshite Auburn's been doing since March. He fell for the "Tiger Prowl" and the "Real fireworks in July." He'll learn one day. Having your team quit on your coach will kill your recruiting.

For the record CPA I doubt he goes through with his plan and commits that day. He still has offical visits to LSU, AU and UT to take.

So don't be surprised if a few days before his planed announcment he changes his mind. If picks AU best of luck to the young man, and if he picks LSU I will be glad he is a tiger.
