any idea if he's wavering from SC? He was set to enroll there on Monday, but today when they interviewed him, you could definitely see that PC likely leaving definitely had a big effect on him.

Definitely wavering.Will not enter early now.might still end up there after talking to new coach but ND is looking good right now.

After seeing him in the game today, no way in hell he goes to USC still. I think he'll end up at ND.

well, I would understand it
you have Dayne Crist taking over (pure pocket passer like Tony Pike was) and a good offensive mind in Kelly
plus you have Michael Floyd on the opposite side taking pressure off Prater

I hate ND but I will admit they're awfully talented. I don't know what their problem was. They just didn't win games but I think he'd be stepping into a great situation.

Hicks now too? I haven't heard anything but Bama, Texas, OSU all year with him and someone recently said he was probably headed to Austin.
Henderson's dad seemed so pissed with recruiting in a recent article about Carroll. Hope he stays home.

we were looking good for seantrel prior to the meyer thing....that hurt us a bit...but with the momentum we are having i wouldnt rule him out

I feel for these kids. It's really sad that he was all set to start college in 2 days and now has to put it off because of the coach flirting with the NFL.
In the end, I think its bigger than just Petey leaving, but Bates the OC going with him supposedly too.

We've always been on his list of four or five schools cause he seems to want to go to a school where he can win a championship. But we've always been the long shot "dark horse" since the beginning.
But now with the Pete Carroll situation, it'll probably be a Ohio State/Florida battle. I think he'll probably end up at OSU but Powell has been in his ear and he may want to get on board this badass recruiting class.

Even if you sign your LOI you can get out of it if the HC leaves.
Unless you enroll early.
