Some of them are, and save goes for their 5's.

Florida's good, of course. The classes are similar. We have to win when we play them, that's all.

I give you Garrett Sickels...a 5.9 4-star on Rivals...light years, it seems, ahead of this guy:

Pretend we're on the play ground, guys...who do you pick to be on your team?

I meant to add that they're both listed as WDE's.

You're referring to height, right? See some of the premier WDE's in the NFL and their height.

Hey, who do you pick in that scenario, btw?

I'm not saying I wouldnt pick Neal, I'm just saying if you lined them up on the play ground there would be a noticeable difference in size.

It's not the size of the boat...

Rivals needs to change their "Star AVG" to "ratings average" in the team rankings box if that is how they are calculating team rankings.

I agree, and I'd bet anything that Neal's current technique and overall game is further along than more of the WDE's listed in Rival's top 10 at that same position.

I see exactly what you did there. Please remember the goal is to win the football game, though, not differ with people because you're bored.

Let's do a count, much like the Babe threads on the OT page.

I'll take Neal, all day.

FYI, I was a Velez homer all the way, and she won in the end.

here is my post on him going back to November

quote:

kid is good. only his 2nd year of football, focused on basketball his first 2 years of high school. kid has amazing hands. as of now, he is being looked at by ULL and Tulane and like schools do to lack of combine and camp workouts. had an offer from Kentucky before Joker got the can, not sure if it still stands. has incredible hands and is a natural route runner. good enough to play at a BCS school, but lack of exposure will probably keep him in the mid major range

glad he finally got enough exposure

It's really too bad that Neal isn't 6'2"...he could've been a 5-star across the board.

He's the same size at the same position as Carl Lawson. Lawson is Rivals 2nd ranked overall.

I'm not saying he will be anywhere as good... but it reminds me a little of Dwayne Bowe's recruitment.

Bowe didn't start playing until his Jr. year and did ok. He started out as a 3 star his Sr. year then blew up and was bumped to a 4 star by signing day. Bowe was listed around 6'3" 205 or so. The only ones in on Bowe were LSU and his home state schools.
