We definitely need to keep in contact with this kid. He's certainly a 4* talent. LJ and Wheaton are not sure things either.

I don't get it, u got me lost. U say he is Devin white at rb?? Devin white played rb and was a beast, Devin white was 250 lbs coming out of high school.

Who is BJ? That’s saying something there because Rodney Young and Jack Hunt were no slouches. I went to Ruston High from 1984 to 1988 back when Chick Childress was our coach. Ruston has always had decent talent but they lost their mojo when Chick retired. When they can get kids to get out of the hallway and go play football they are always scrappy. Hell we went to state in 82, 84, 86, 88 and 90. That 1990 team was the best high school team I’ve ever seen back in that era. Glad to hear they are starting to ball again. Ruston made a lot of garbage coaching hires after Childress retired.

I’ll never forget seeing Brother Martin doing pre game cal in full pads just stop and stare as Ruston walked single file onto the field without shoulder pads. State Championship Game was over right there.

This is another case of Tech winning out with LSU’s success. It’s no doubt LSU being able to reach out of state for better recruits lets guys like this fall to us.

Friend of mine to this day still tells me the ‘90 Ruston team was the most impressive looking LA HS team he had ever seen.
