I certainly believe in second chances. But in Bell's case I'm not so sure. He basically held an offer in hand and committed to us only to turn traitor near the end.
Sentimore I would take. And if he doesn't make grades and goes to prep school I hope we get him when he comes out.

This would not surprise me. Bama signed two great, huge classes the past two years and Bell is one of the weaker signees. Whoever they are, a lot of kids are going to be shirted, flunked, or released.

Just part of the Saban imploding recuiting process starting starting to happen (i.e. recruiting more players than he can fit, surrounded by strong Auburn and Tenn recruiting staffs now, can't bad mouth his talent any more, reputation as a non-players coach now coming out, realizing he can't recruit LA and starting to loose his connections in LA, etc., etc, etc., and you can throw in his ever changing coaching staff as well, because they simply can't take him). LSU made Saban and not the other way around. That will soon be reality. Fact is, Bama has not whown they can have a consistent winning program without cheating in the last 20 years. That's not going to change.

I've seen Bell play. Never really impressed me. Perhaps Saban sees that now as well.

Is it just me, or does PeachTree have no credibility at all if the word Alabama is in his/her post? The 'Bama hate sort of drives out any sense of reason or openess.

I just took a look at our signed list and didn't see anyone named Kenny Bell. So......SCREW HIM! Wouldn't care where he went!
