The question was about Kelly going on "in-home visits". If his first visit is on Thursday, it's because he is busy with other things.
I'm sure he is making phone calls and staff members are making visits. My point about the staff, was assuming he is not playing golf right now.
There are a lot of things that need to be done.

Not having a staff in place makes it hard to tell recruits who will be there. They want to know who their coordinators and position coaches are. Filling out the staff is the biggest immediate need.

He is one person. His current staff are making visits and working their tails off, trying to be retained.
