Plan B if we don’t land AJ Haulcy
We need to land Haulcy tho…

Haulcy is on a visit at Miami today and Miami gave him what he wanted in Nil. Our staff drew a line in the sand with what he wanted in nil.

Then why is it said Scott is trending Miami too? I know his coach is there, but c’monnnn. Maybe they don’t get H.

I think Haulcy wants to be at lsu but lsu has a nil price in mind. Miami is trying to load up on secondary players.

A decision will have to be made then, Miami just lost the top draft pick so are they gong to contend? Is it going to be money, or a shot at a championship. Might the short term money not be as good as What LSU can provide long-term?

Not a huge fan of the portal surfers, to be honest.

These guys only care about the first one on your list.

All things being what they are regarding both programs and his draft potential, take the money. The odds difference to win a title realistically for both schools has little to no discernable difference. I like our chances more of course but I'm not exactly making party plans to celebrate title #5.
I just don't think most average Joe fans are being honest about what they would take, fandom aside. A huge majority of us would always take the most money, all things equal or not. The $ being thrown at some of these kids is far more than they'll ever see from a pro check if they ever get one. For many, literal life changing money differentiated by millions. Far cry from the few bucks an hour we laymen choose to turn away. Don't forget, some school was willing to pay 2-3 million for 7th round pick Quinn Ewers this season. He should have taken that money. Most would've. The Tulane kid raked in his. Who can blame him?

Not all of them. It might be the case with Keionte, but there are some that can see a brighter future passing on money. Look at Pyburn.
