Many people forget that this is the same guy Nick Saban told 'I will flip you', last year on a recruiting visit.
I wonder....if Saban had done that (which he failed to do
), would he have dropped that star? Probably not.
I believe just like in everything else, the media plays games with recruiting.

If he leans up, gets just a little stronger and builds on his already impressive skillset (great hand use for a kid this young, although he needs to work on getting leverage and not just rely on mass), he will be a 3-year pancake block maker and then on to the NFL.
Kid is that good, right now.
Kid is that good, right now.

Probably should read Overweighted, but whatever inspires him
I think he got it right the first time. Let's see how he fares against guys above class 1A.

We've already seen how he's fared against elite competition, much less anybody above class 1A. That was a year ago, and he absolutely dominated everybody.
He's gained a lot of weight since then and is now out of shape.
He is 100% overweight.

And he still played well against the competition at the All Star game. He got beat a few times in practice but played well in the game. And he did that overweight. If he'd of played 40 pounds lighter he'd of been destroying players. I can't wait to see him next season. He will be in shape and he will be the 5 star Kardell we all have seen. But these idiots at these recruiting services saw him at the All Star game and decide he isn't good enough to be a 5 star. Most of them wouldn't know a good Olineman from a punter if there wasn't somebody to tell them.
