There IS a solution that will end the collectives and neuter NIL, but it also turns college football into a literal pro feeder league. But this is a real option that P4 presidents have discussed and are considering as an option that would bring back some stability. And there are a lot more programs in even the P2 that will benefit from this than the big money programs who may prefer to keep things as they are, so it’s a legitimate possibility in the future.
